Automatic Vision Alignment and Fiducial Capture

Automatic vision uses a camera to align taught points on the product with the purpose of correcting alignment during transport or product placement. The camera system uses a 640 x 480 B&W camera to match images taught during process setup. The system may recognize any pattern and is not limited to standard fiducial patterns such as cross or bowtie.
