Representatives from GPD Global will exhibit the company's new technology related to fine line and nano-shot dispensing, particularly related to vertical interconnect technology. New dispense technology and cooperation with fluid suppliers has made the next level possible with horizontal and vertical lines down to 75 microns. This same dispense technology is applied to dot dispensing to achieve dots down to 75 microns in diameter. Along with this optimized nano-shot pump, GPD also will demonstrate the continuously volumetric PCD dispense technology without drip or drool for low to mid-viscosity fluids.
